Industry and Transportation
Agriculture
Agriculture is our mainstay! The Watson area is a “sure crop” district. Besides the production of top quality grain, it also produces excellent feed grains. Livestock production is also a major industry.
Manufacturing
Watson is on the edge of what is known as the “Iron Triangle”, the highest
concentration of manufacturing in rural Saskatchewan. Successful industries
include Failure Prevention Services Ltd., Willow Creek Organic Grain
Company, Sapphire Water International Group and Chegus R.V. Sales Ltd..
Within a short drive are Schulte Industries, Koenders Manufacturing,
Koenders Windmills, Doepker Industries, Michel Industries and CMI Terminal.
If you’re looking for something and can’t find it, there’s probably someone close to us who makes it.
